由金属、半导体、碳纳米管、聚苯胺等组成的纳米有序阵列体系,在能量存储或转换、传感等方面具有广阔的应用前景。模板法组装纳米有序阵列体系是以具有特定微孔结构的材料为模板,通过电化学沉积、溶胶-凝胶沉积和化学气相沉积等手段,让纳米单元在模板提供的受控环境中原位生成,形成纳米有序阵列体系。模板法具有可控性好、工艺简便、能耗低等优点。本文综述了模板法组装纳米有序阵列体系的研究进展,并对纳米有序阵列体系的应用前景作了展望。  相似文献

Summary The effect of hydrogen reduction on the structure and catalytic properties of “thin film”and “inverse”model systems for supported metal catalysts is discussed. Thin film model catalysts were obtained by epitaxial growth of Pt and Rh nanoparticles on NaCl(001), which were coated with amorphous or crystalline supports of alumina, silica, titania, ceria and vanadia. Structural and morphological changes upon hydrogen reduction between 473 and 973 K were examined by high resolution electron microscopy. Metal-oxide interaction sets in at a specific reduction temperature and is characterized by an initial “wetting”stage, followed by alloy formation at increasing temperature, in the order VOx< TiOx< SiO2< CeOx< Al2O3. “Inverse”model systems were prepared by deposition of oxides on a metal substrate, e.g. VOx/Rh and VOx/Pd. Reduction of inverse systems at elevated temperature induces subsurface alloy formation. In contrast to common bimetallic surfaces, the stable subsurface alloys of V/Rh and V/Pd have a purely noble metal-terminated surface, with V positioned in near-surface layers. The uniform composition of the metallic surface layer excludes catalytic ensemble effects in favor of ligand effects. Activity and selectivity, e.g. for CO and CO2methanation and for partial oxidation of ethene, are mainly controlled by the temperature of annealing or reduction. Reduction above 573 K turned out to be beneficial for the catalytic activity of the subsurface alloys, but not for the corresponding thin film systems which tend to deactivate viaparticle encapsulation.</o:p>  相似文献

Titanium-doped ordered mesoporous alumina with specific structural properties has been prepared by the evaporation induced self-assembly sol-gel method. The results show that the doped titanium helps to stabilize the ordered mesoporous alumina material without influencing the ordered mesoporosity. The textural properties of the obtained sample are related to the amount of doped titanium. When the molar ratio of aluminum to titanium(n(Al)/n(Ti)) is controlled as 10.2, the titanium-doped ordered mesoporous alumina exhibits high surface area(up to 218 m2 g-1), large pore volume(0.42 cm3 g-1) and narrow pore diameter(6.1 nm) after treating at 900 ℃, showing high thermal stability. Moreover, the obtained sample calcined at 900 ℃ still maintains ordered mesoporous structure and exhibits high thermal stability.  相似文献

Atomic‐resolution imaging of beam‐sensitive biominerals is extremely challenging, owing to their fairly complex structures and the damage caused by electron irradiation. Herein, we overcome these difficulties by performing aberration‐corrected electron microscopy with low‐dose imaging techniques, and report the successful direct atomic‐resolution imaging of every individual atomic column in the complex fluorapatite structure of shark tooth enameloid, which can be of paramount importance for teeth in general. We demonstrate that every individual atomic column in shark tooth enameloid can be spatially resolved, and has a complex fluorapatite structure. Furthermore, ab initio calculations show that fluorine atoms can be covalently bound to the surrounding calcium atoms, which improves understanding of their caries‐reducing effects in shark teeth.  相似文献

Thermal silazane cleavage of dichloroboryldisilylamines (SiClmMe3?m)N(SiMe3)(BCl2) (1: m = 1; 2: m = 2) at 196 °C leads to the borazine derivates [(SiClmMe3?m)NB(ClnMe1?n)]3 (3: m = 1, n = 0.185; 4: m = 2, n = 0.111) characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction structure analyses reveal (BN)3 units with unusual twisted boat conformations in both compounds. Additionally, more detailed studies are done to clear up the function of the by‐products (SiClmMe3?m)N(SiClMe2)(BClMe) formed during the cyclization step leading to asymmetrically boron substituted borazine derivatives. The single‐source precursors 3 and 4 were cross‐linked with methylamine producing polymers 3P and 4P, which were transformed into black amorphous materials with ceramic yields of 20.8 % and 50.3 %, respectively. Ceramic 4C (Si1.00B0.98 N2.55 C1.37O0.05) was further investigated by 11B and 29Si magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy. A combined study of high‐temperature TG analyses and X‐ray powder diffraction analyses confirms the thermal stability of 4C up to 1670 °C. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The size effects on magnetic properties of nanowires arrays were studied varying the nanowires diameter and maintaining the same periodicity among them, for two different nominal compositions of Co and Ni in the alloy form. The competition among magnetocrystalline and shape anisotropies changes drastically from smallest to biggest diameters altering the easy axis direction. In the case of 75% of Co in alloy, experimental values of the effective anisotropy constant (Keff) vary from positive to negative depending on the diameter, which means a reversal of the easy axis direction. For 50% of Co the shape anisotropy dominates over the magnetocrystalline for all studied diameters.  相似文献

The effects of BaCu(B2O5)(BCB) addition on the microstructure, phase formation, and microwave dielectric properties of Ba5Nb4O15–BaWO4ceramic are investigated. As a sintering aid, BaCu(B2O5) ceramic could effectively lower the sintering temperature of Ba5Nb4O15–BaWO4ceramic from 1100?C to 950?C due to the liquid-phase effect. Meanwhile,BaCu(B2O5) addition effectively improves the densification of Ba5Nb4O15–BaWO4ceramic and significantly influences the microwave dielectric properties. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that Ba5Nb4O15and BaWO4coexist with no crystal phase of BaCu(B2O5) in the sintered ceramics. The Ba5Nb4O15–BaWO4ceramics with 1.0 wt% BaCu(B2O5) sintered at 950?C for 2 h presents good microwave dielectric properties of εr = 19.0, high Q × f of 33802 GHz and low τfof2.5 ppm/?C.  相似文献

In this work, we highlight our recent progress in the synthesis and characterization of functional nanomaterials based on Fe–Pd ferromagnetic alloys by means of template-assisted deposition techniques employing highly ordered nanoporous alumina membranes, such as ordered arrays of nanowires and antidots thin films. Special attention is paid on their basic magnetic properties, such as coercivity, remanence and magnetic anisotropy, and their dependence on the microstructure and morphological parameters of the ordered arrays.  相似文献
